The service

JMCCJ, LLC provides Jextvantis software for project milestone records. The website is not an offering of securities.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful business inquiries, give accurate contact details, and do not disrupt the site or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

Limits of the public pages

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a security or to raise capital.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and the Jextvantis name belong to JMCCJ, LLC or are used with permission. A contract assigns project deliverables only when it says so.

No project until it is signed

Email and these pages do not start work. A project begins when both sides sign a statement of work that names scope and fees.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties are disclaimed, and liability for a website claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Limits do not apply where the law forbids them.
